Come to a Meeting!
We meet the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. from September through April at Veterans Hall in Newbury, NH. Join us to learn more about the club and how you can participate.
NHSA maintains both a mobile and online version of their statewide trail map that has continuously updated information about trail conditions and closures. Available for both iPhone and Android. "Made By Snowmobilers For Snowmobilers." In partnership with local clubs of the association and the NH Bureau of Trails, the SledNH map is the most up-to-date map of NH snowmobile trails. "

Board members Angela and Tom wanted to give a shout out to landowners Ricky, Natalia and Peter who they met up with while out on the trails. We love to see multiple forms of winter recreation occurring on our trails. Thanks to our generous landowners, without whom we could not exist!
Trail Conditions:
3/16/2026
Final trail report. Took a walk today and closed a majority of the gates. Good snow still in the woods, but where the sun exposure was best, it was bare ground. We had a great season considering we only were able to groom 6 weeks. Between the north and south end, we groomed a total of 387 hours in 6 weeks. Averages to about 65 hours per week this season. Wish we were able to go a couple more, but it just didn’t work out this season. We would like thank our season sponsors for the 2025/ 2026 season, Foster Property Management and Excavation and Lake Sunapee Tree Service for their support. Please use our sponsors as they support us. We will be busy in the off season preparing for 26/27 season.

North end out tonight, did railbed to Sleeper bridge. Still thin right in that immediate area. Sewer treatment to power lines, continued to George’s Mills. Continued to underpass at 89 and then back on Perkins Pond Trail. Very good snow in woods still with more on the way.
South end has Ed’s and Pillsbury being done now. Tomorrow am into Bradford to Massasecum. Will continue grooming as the weather allows. Maybe a good day to take a Friday off!

Yesterday's weather was a little punch in the gut. After temps dropped last night, both Tuckers were out on the north and south side. Webbs, railbed to T-Bird, and then north on power lines to George’s Mills. Continued to Route 89 Underpass and then returned on the Perkins Pond trail. Great conditions and very nice out of town. Thin spots around Sleeper bridge and T-Bird due to sun exposure.
South end went to Ed’s 4-Corners and Pillsbury State Park. Thin in town Bradford and along 103 / 114 and the logging area north of Lake Todd but trails set up nice with the return of cold weather. Beware in Newbury Harbor at the shoreline too.
Please stay on the trail. I’m seeing tracks everywhere along trails into woods, where we should not be. It only takes one landowner to shut a trail down, due to ignorance and will ruin it for all us. Get out while the getting is good.

Groomed with good to great conditions, grooming ongoing. Still active logging off of Gillingham Rd in Bradford.
1/28/2026
Off Southgate Road in Newbury is a Jet Ski trailer in the middle of the trail. You can get around them, but please be careful. Trying to get it moved asap. Logging ongoing with active skidding crossing trail in two locations just north of Lake Todd in Newbury. Beware and don’t just drive through it. Skidder has right of way. Deer are also hanging close by trail in same area. A good size tree is down on Massasecum Bypass and will be cleared tomorrow or tonight. Let us know of any problem areas and we can correct asap. Get out and ride. We will be out throughout the weekend, even daytime.

Trails are coming into shape. Grooming ongoing north and south end at this time day and night. Ongoing logging north of Lake Todd in Bradford but passable. Parking at state beach in Newbury.
1/23/2026
South End: trails are open and thin in Bradford. Was able to groom from Fairgrounds Road in Bradford to Ed’s 4-corners. The state has groomed Pillsbury State Park and they have good snow depth. 380 north of Lake Todd has some on going logging. Please stay on trail and beware of equipment or hidden slash left by skidders. 380 to Newbury Harbor has been packed and open. Henniker to our south is open with thin conditions as well. Some rough along 380 at Rowe Mountain. Use the Massasecum
bypass to avoid it.
North End: trails are thin leaving state beach to Newport but passable. Snow depths build to the north at Perkins Pond trail and George’s Mills. Some logging hazards near Perkins Pond and North Road with on going logging at this time. Trails to Stocker Pond and Springfield are open. Railbed has been groomed with access to state beach. Things by next week will be night and day we hope with the upcoming storm. We will be out in force everyday after the storm so beware of grooming daytime as well as night. Parking available at State Beach in Newbury. Please respect our landowners and enjoy the trails.
What's New?
We moved our Tucker on the south end of our trail system to a more central location off Fairgrounds Road in Bradford.
